Draw a lot! Preferbly every day. When you have finished a drawing, look critically at it and look for things you can do better next time. But also give youself a pat an on the back whenever you create something you like, to keep yourself encouraged.
Study anatomy from real life, look up how muscles and skeletons are structured. Google is your best friend for this, search for some muscle references and draw what you see.
Read tutorials, you can learn a lot from other people. But never copy someone else, you might copy their mistakes! When it comes to stylizing something, you must know how the real thing looks first. So again, study from real life.

Ehh those are a few tips.
