When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.

But there is some things... Like the ears. He's a water-dragon, right? Well, usually the animals that live and feed off the water have very small/no outer ears becasue they're a major harm while swimming. As would be the feather-thingy.
Also I've noticed you draw horribly small chests o3o If you look at a human, you'll notice the chest's about ~1/5 of the body, for a dog it's 1/3 or more, for a horse even more. So if lungs are big and for a creature that can't even fly, the lungs of a flying/diving dragon must be really big. It takes a lot of oxygen to be underwater and even more to fly, I mean an ENORMOUS lot of air D8>
But with lungs that size I don't think he could do more than walk. If even that.
Here's a picture of an otter [link] . The head-shape and how itäs attached to the body hekps it go better in the water, also how the limbs are attached to the body. Tapio's body-structure is one for a full-land animal.
His wings seem a bit small, too. Or then the thumb's really big. But if they're the size they look to be, it'll be hard for him to keep himself in the air. (the size? I'd say from the looks that one wing's about 1/3 of his body-size) or then smaller.
Here, I made you a piccu to explain everything I said c: [link] *dl to see the texts well*
Hope you find this more helpful than like... mean D:> I think it sounds a bit rude... Sorry about that :/
